During our application process a true highlight is being introduced to the charity’s projects and how each goes about accomplishing their goals. With each application we get to see a glimpse of how each charities hopes and passions translate into their day-to-day activities. Recently we have been invited to come and see charities in person to get a feel for what the community is like.
This August we were kindly invited by Challengers to visit one of their summer playgroups in Guildford. Already thrilled by the opportunity for a visit we found out that a drumming workshop would also take place the same day too.
When we arrived we were shown around the Guildford inside and outside play area and got to see the children enjoying the summer with their friends and caregivers. Once we headed inside the drumming workshop would begin and our trustees joined in on the fun and even had the chance to take the lead with a few solos!
Once again we thank Challengers for giving us the opportunity to come and visit them in person and see first-hand the great work they do. We also thank them for sending over this lovely video aswell!
